We close all our properties through a NC licensed real estate attorney.   We can use an attorney near you or you can have all of the documents sent to you for a remote closing.   Either way, the attorney will distribute your closing funds any way you choose:  wire to your account, cashier's check, or certified check. 

It's true that selling your home has gotten harder over the last year.  The inflation has led to higher prices on everything and higher interest rates has caused the mortgage payments to go up.   All this makes it harder on buyers.   When there are fewer buyers, it's harder for you to sell your home.    The good news for you is we are still buying, and when we make you a cash offer, it will stay the same regardless of what happens in the economy.

Yes, if you have moved your mobile home, we can buy the lot by itself.  If the mobile home is still on the lot, we can buy the land and home together.   We can work with either situation.   But we do not buy mobile homes that must remain in a park.
