Getting an offer is simple.  First, we ask some questions about your land.   Then can usually make an offer over the phone.   Once we agree to an offer, we will schedule a time to view the property and finalize the agreement.   We will make the process as quick and easy for you as possible.

We close all our properties through a NC licensed real estate attorney.   We can use an attorney near you or you can have all of the documents sent to you for a remote closing.   Either way, the attorney will distribute your closing funds any way you choose:  wire to your account, cashier's check, or certified check. 

Yes, if you have moved your mobile home, we can buy the lot by itself.  If the mobile home is still on the lot, we can buy the land and home together.   We can work with either situation.   But we do not buy mobile homes that must remain in a park.
